What Solo Fanz Agency collects through this site, why, who handles it and how long we keep it.
Last updated

This policy explains what Solo Fanz LLC d/b/a Solo Fanz Agency ("we"), collects through solofanz.agency, why we collect it, who handles it for us and how long we keep it.
What you send us in a brief
When you send a brief, we store what you entered:
- What you're looking for: a brand campaign, a TikTok Shop video or a custom AI persona.
- Your name.
- Your company or brand.
- Your work email address, so we can reply.
- A link to your product, if you share one. We store the link; we never open it automatically.
- The kinds of content you ask for.
- The budget category you choose, if any.
- The timing you choose, if any.
- The talent you'd like to work with, if any.
- Anything else you write to us.
- Your main campaign goal, if you choose one.
- The platforms you select for your campaign, if any.
- Where you intend to use the content, if you tell us.
- Your preferred launch date, if you share one.
We also record when the brief arrived and whether our team was notified. We don't store your IP address or your browser details with the brief.
How we use it
Only to read your brief, reply to you and plan the work you asked about. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
These services handle your information on our behalf:
- Supabase stores briefs in our database.
- Render hosts this site and our server. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived request logs, which include IP addresses.
- Telegram: each brief is sent in full to a private group our team reads, so someone can answer quickly. When you book, move or cancel a call, the type and time of the call, your name, email address and time zone, and any note or cancellation reason you add are sent there too.
- Namecheap runs our email. When you send a brief, we email you a short confirmation and send a copy of your brief to our own inbox; Namecheap carries and stores those emails.
- Cal.com runs the call calendar on our home page. It loads only when you choose to show available times, and Cal.com may then set its own cookies. When you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, email address, time zone and anything you add, and sends the booking emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, when it is switched on, checks that a brief comes from a visitor rather than an automated program. It receives a check token and your IP address.
- Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site. Until you accept, it stores no cookies and Google receives only cookieless measurements; once you accept, it stores analytics cookies in your browser.
Cookies and your choice
The banner on your first visit asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, or don't answer, Google Analytics stores none. We remember your answer in your browser so we don't ask on every page.
You can change your answer at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you decline after accepting, we remove the analytics cookies from your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep a brief for as long as we need it to reply and to work with you, and for no more than two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to privacy@solofanz.agency and we'll answer within thirty days.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at anyone under eighteen, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update its date. Questions about it go to privacy@solofanz.agency.
